Safe Harbor
A serene evening scene in St. Augustine. (I like to make rhymes at times with captions of mine.)
Traffic
It was raining the other afternoon and I spent some time wandering the wet streets around my studio and shooting for fun. I haven’t made a panoramic format image in a while but this scene called out for it. Click on it to see the big size.
Salt Marsh
The sun had been behind thin clouds most of the day, casting an uninspiring pale light on things. Late in the day though the clouds began to break apart and the light became beautiful for a short time. I was lucky enough to be in a great location when it happened.
Swamp Stuff
I went for an impromptu walk through some woods and a swamp the other day and came upon this moss covered palm tree stump in a shallow stream that was reflecting the deep blue afternoon sky.
Underwater Scene
These colorful leaves were lying beneath the water on the bottom of a crystal clear mountain stream.
One Waterfall, Three Perspectives
Given enough time, I won’t shoot anything from just one vantage point.
