As noted on the Details section of this site, your payment covers nine nights of lodging based on double occupancy, with a single occupancy private room supplement available for $300. If you choose to provide your own accommodations you may deduct $300 from your fee. If you choose this option you may need to provide your own transportation to the daily tour origin point depending on the location of your lodgings. All transportation to locations and applicable fees are included. Drinks and snacks are provided while traveling and a continental breakfast is available at our hotel prior to daily departures. You are responsible for all other meals, expenses of a personal nature and transportation to the tour's designated accommodations.

Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. If a tour is full you will be given the option of a complete refund or applying the funds to a reservation in an alternate tour. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start date will allow a refund of all payments less a $50 administrative fee. All payments less $350 will be refunded on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date. If I am required for any reason to change scheduled dates I will notify you as soon as is possible and you will have the option to cancel with a 100% refund.

Tours are not without risk and you will be asked to sign a waiver releasing me from liability related to medical emergency, injury, death, loss or damage to property, and other events beyond my control. I will brief all participants on the risks associated with these tours. You should be in good enough physical condition to hike 2 to 6 miles in the course of a day (not all at once), in occasionally rugged terrain, and occasionally at high altitudes.
