Interior view of the San Miguel Mission in Santa Fe, constructed
in 1610. It is built atop an older Indian structure dated to the
1300s. Portions of that structure are still visible in certain
areas. The wooden altar screen is considered to be one of the
finest of its kind in the southwest.
